By purchasing from TW Nutrition, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure a transparent and consistent experience for all our clients.
1. Medical Disclaimer & Product Use
- Not Medical Advice: All products, nutrition plans, and content provided by TW Nutrition are for informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Consultation: We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or dietary regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
- Individual Results: Results from nutrition plans and supplements vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, this may extend to 4 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Shipping Issues: TW Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or stolen packages marked as "Delivered."
3. Returns & Refunds
To maintain safety and hygiene standards for nutritional products, our return policy is as follows:
- Unopened Products: May be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
- Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or food items unless the product is proven to be defective or spoiled upon arrival.
- Digital Products: Nutrition plans, e-books, and coaching services are non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or the service has commenced.
4. Billing & Payments
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards PayPal/Apple Pay. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
- Subscription Cancellations: If you are on a recurring nutrition plan, you may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
5. Product Claims & Accuracy
We strive for 100% accuracy in our product descriptions. However, TW Nutrition does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.
